$199 Flat Fee On Most Infractions
Overview to fighting traffic tickets
Traffic tickets can be fought and won! Once you have decided to fight the ticket, there are only three things you need to do: Check the "Contested Hearing" Box, Mail in the ticket within 15 days of receiving it, Hire me.
By requesting a "contested hearing," you are telling the Court that you are going to require the State or City to prove the allegations against you. There is no additional penalty if you request a Contested Hearing and lose.
The law only allows you 15 days to send in the ticket. If you don t send it in within that time, the law says you automatically lose - even if you were not guilty. Doing nothing has consequences - so you are much better off fighting the ticket head on.
Hiring a lawyer is easy! Download the Client Information and Client Contract form. This file is available in two formats: MsWord and .PDF, choose whichever is easier for you.
MsWord Format: here
.PDF Format: here
To view a .pdf file, you will need Adobe Reader, which is available for free here: http://get.adobe.com/reader/
The file has instructions for how to send in your ticket, how many copies to make, etc. Most infractions are handled with a flat fee of $199.
If I lose, you don t pay me.
That s right, if I cannot get your ticket dismissed, reduced or deferred then you owe me nothing. Your worst case scenario is that you have to pay your ticket. That s the same position you are in as you read this website. So, you can t lose by hiring me.
If I win, it's $199. That s all. If you have more than one infraction, call or email me for a price quote.
If a ticket is less than $199, is it worth it to hire an Attorney?
Yes, in most cases. That s because the face value of the ticket is only part of what you pay. Check with your insurance company and ask them what will happen to your rates over the next five years if you get convicted. Also, if you fight your ticket then you will need to appear in Court. If you have to take time off of work then how much does that cost?
If I have questions. Can I talk to you before I hire you?
Yes. I offer a free, no obligation, consultation. Take advantage of it! Call me or email me and I would be glad to answer your questions.
