$199 Flat Fee On Most Infractions
Top Traffic Ticket Questions
1. What does this really cost? Most infractions are handled for a flat fee of $199. If you have more than one then call for a price quote. All billing questions are answered before I even begin. You can even download our contract and review it ahead of time.
2. Can I really beat my ticket? Yes. It is easy to get stuck in the idea that the Judge will just believe the officer and fighting a ticket is a waste of time. The reality, however, is different. Just like you, the State has to follow the law and violations will lead to dismissal of your ticket. When you are issued a ticket, it is for a specific violation of the law. By carefully reviewing that law and the facts of your case, we can sometimes discover defenses that you did not realize were there.
3. Will it cost me more if I lose a Contested Hearing? No! You have a right to demand that the State prove the allegation against you. The fine will NOT be higher if you request a Contested Hearing and lose. Since I will waive (give up) my fee if I cannot either beat your ticket outright or get it reduced or deferred for you, you have no downside risk.
4. Can I talk with you before I hire you? Yes. I offer a free initial consultation - take advantage of it.
5. If my ticket is less than $199, is it worth it to hire an attorney? It depends. The fine listed on your ticket is only part of the cost you pay. The other part comes in the form of higher insurance rates. Contact you insurance agent and ask them what effect your ticket will have on the rates you pay. I came across an interesting article by Chris Soloman where he said that even a $50 speeding ticket can end up costing you thousands. You can read his article and decide for yourself whether it is worth it to fight your ticket.
6. How do I get started? Follow the link How to Get Started and download the Client Information and Client Contract. This document has instructions on sending in your ticket and how to hire me. If you have any questions or concerns, call or email me. I'd be glad to talk with you.
