Taking time off of work to fight a traffic ticket

One of the frustrations of dealing with traffic tickets is the process of fighting one.  If you have to take off time from work to go to Court and fight the ticket then are you really farther head - even if you win?  How much money could you have made if you just paid the ticket (even if you didn't deserve it) and stayed at work?

One advantage to our Court System is that it allows a lawyer to "step into the shoes" of their clients in civil matters.  This means that I can appear in Court for you and act on your behalf.

Since I charge a flat fee ($199 for most infractions) you can decide for yourself whether it's worth it to hire an attorney.  Also, unless I can get your ticket dismissed, amended to a nonmoving offense or into a deferral program, there's no charge.

Having defended people from legal troubles for many years, I have the training and experience to fight for you.  Let me put that experience to work for you!
