Kitsap County District Court Information

This Court has several judges: Judge Claire A. Bradley, Judge Jeffrey J. Jahns, ​Judge Kevin P. Kelly, and Judge Shane R. Seaman.

This court allows the use of the Deferred Finding Option. In addition to only being able to use a Deferred once every seven years (one for moving offenses and one for non-moving offenses): The Court will charge a fee of $210, which must be paid within 60 days. In addition, you must agree not to get any new tickets for 12 months.
