Leo, RickEvergreen Division Court Information

Evergreen is one of four divisions in Snohomish County. The two Judges are Leo, Rick and Lyon, Patricia L.

This is a fine court to argue legal matters in. Both Judges are extremely professional.

If you qualify to use the Deferred Finding program, the cost is the same as the fine printed on your ticket BUT you can only use this option once every seven years, so don’t waste it.

This Court also allows the Alive at 25 program. Under this program, your ticket can be dismissed upon completion of a 4 hour driver safety course. The cost is $150 BUT it is only available to those under 25 at the time of the infraction and you can only use this program once.
