No one wants to pay money and get nothing for it. We don’t like it either.

At DontPayTheTicket, we only charge you money if we get results. Here’s what we mean: We only charge you money if we can 1. Get your ticket dismissed or 2. Get you an offer to amend your moving offense to a non-moving offense or 3. Get your ticket into a program like a Deferred Finding. If we cannot do any of those three things for your moving offenses, then we won’t charge you.

How much does it cost?

We charge $199 per ticket. For tickets with more than just one count, we add $50 for each additional count within the same ticket. For example: a speeding ticket would be $199. If the same ticket also had the offense of Not Having Proof of Insurance, add $50 for a total of $249.

What about tickets that have both moving and non-moving counts?

We put a lot of work into what we do. If your ticket has a mix of moving and non-moving offenses then we will charge our standard $199 + $50 for each additional count, even if one of the counts is a non-moving offense.

what if my ticket has only non-moving offenses?

Generally, if your ticket only has non-moving offenses then we will probably recommend not hiring us. Why? Because it’s not worth it. There are exceptions, of course, so if you have questions then call. The call is free. 866-529-5383
