This court will set a pre-trial hearing for your infraction if you contest it. However, these hearings are a waste of time since the hearing examiner doesn’t have the power to do anything other than let you change your plea to Mitigation, Pay the Ticket, or use your Deferred Finding. Better to waive this hearing and set it straight to Contested Hearing.
